1. Bilingualism

  • Improve communication among Quebec   clubs
  • Establish a “Translation Committee”; lobby Key Club International Board for major documents in French
  • Create a bilingual EC Key Club website

2. K-Family

  • Strengthen the Circle K and Key Club relationship
  • Exchange materials for the benefit of both clubs
  • Promote one another
  • Coordinate activities 

3. Improve Communication

  • Between the District and local Clubs and Advisors
  • Between Clubs and Advisors with the Kiwanis District

4. Increase Membership

  • Reach 50 clubs in District
  • Help out new clubs as well as struggling clubs
  • Word of mouth, local media, advisors, administration 

5. Leadership Service Opportunities

  • Work in collaboration with Key Leader events
  • Get Key Leaders to start Key Clubs
  • Offer leadership workshops at convention and divisional meetings
  • Partner with other service organizations
  • Promote Key Club International grants
