Key Club International Convention 2019July 3th - 7thInternational Convention, or ICON for short, is where Key Clubbers from all across the world meet to remember an amazing year of service. This year’s convention was in Baltimore, Maryland, where over 1,000 members came together for one last celebration of the 2018-2019 service year!
At ICON, members have the opportunity to attend workshops on a variety of topics, such as sign language, the Thirst Project, parliamentary procedure, swing dance, and many more! Also, trading pins with other people was not only competitive, but a skilled task! Delegates also represent their home clubs by attending the House of Delegates, where they elect the new Key Club International Board and pass amendments to International Bylaws. Also, with an amazing surprise guest, Laura Marano, ICON was a memorable experience for all Key Clubbers. Next year, ICON is in San Francisco! Hope to see you all there! |
